Day-in-the-Life Experience
This is an 'all-inclusive', stress-free, no-thought-required option. As your Day-in-the-Life photographer, I approach your family photography session as a photojournalist. I integrate myself with your family and document your day, just as I see it....no poses, no forced smiles, and no matching outfits. In the end, you will have a series of artfully composed images beautifully printed in a signature, lay-flat photo-book and will also have access to the high-resolution digital files of all images from the day's session.
One day, your children, your children’s children, and future generations to come will flip the pages of your beautiful family album and will know what life was like in your family. They will see your day unfold before their eyes. Yes, they see what you looked like….but more importantly they will have a sense of who you truly were.
Real Life Sessions
If you like the idea of documentary family photography, but also want some posed images or a shorter session length...that's fine too! That's where Real Life Sessions come in. These sessions are shorter in length, typically 3-4 hours. While the primary purpose is to document real moments of your family, we will also dedicate a small portion of the time (typically 30-45 minutes) creating authentic family portraits.
Client often choose this option when they have a family event, like a birthday party, they would like photographed. These sessions are also a great option for folks who would like to customize the products they purchase in the end. Additional hours can be added to obtain full day coverage.
Lifestyle Portrait Sessions
Families love my casual, authentic approach to photography and sometimes request shorter sessions focused on those more 'traditional' family portraits. Therefore, I also offer Lifestyle Portrait sessions. I have extensive training and experience in posing and portraiture to compliment my documentary approach. These sessions are approximately 1 hour in length and additional hours can be added. Just like Real Life Sessions, the products you purchase is completely up to you!
